These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and crossbet ("crossbet," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the crossbet website located at https://crossbet.vip, including all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on crossbet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the crossbet Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

• You have not previously been excluded from crossbet or had an account terminated for cause;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. crossbet reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, and source of funds at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by crossbet may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) crossbet account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your crossbet account. You must keep your login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential and must not share them with any third party.

You agree to notify crossbet immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any breach of your account security. crossbet will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

crossbet reserves the right to:

• Require you to change your password at any time for security reasons;
• Temporarily lock your account pending identity verification;
• Refuse account registration or close an existing account at its sole discretion;
• Merge accounts where it is determined that a single individual holds multiple accounts.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting crossbet customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no investigation is pending.

All financial transactions on the crossbet Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). crossbet supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and UnionBank. Available payment methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your crossbet account upon confirmation from the payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. crossbet does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which crossbet bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal is processed;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500;
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited;
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on the payment method selected;
• crossbet reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending additional verification checks.

crossbet reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request back to your account balance if the withdrawal cannot be completed due to technical issues, failed verification, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, crossbet will notify you and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue.

crossbet may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms.

General bonus conditions applicable to all crossbet promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may be subject to geographic, game-type, or account-status restrictions;
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn;
• Bonuses have an expiry period, after which unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited;
• crossbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

crossbet uses certified random number generators (RNG) for all applicable games, audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. Live casino games are streamed in real time from licensed studios with professional dealers. crossbet does not manipulate game outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay:

• crossbet will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs;
• If reconstruction is not possible, the affected wager may be voided and the stake returned to your account;
• crossbet's decision on the outcome of any disputed game round is final and binding.

Sports betting markets on crossbet, including PBA, NBA, international football, UFC, and boxing, are subject to market-specific rules regarding settlement, void conditions, and in-play betting restrictions. crossbet reserves the right to void bets placed on markets affected by obvious pricing errors.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the crossbet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Engaging in any form of cheating, including card counting in live games where prohibited by game rules;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the crossbet Platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing crossbet staff or other players through any communication channel.

crossbet is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe environment for all players. We recognize that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

crossbet provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit;

All content on the crossbet Platform — including but not limited to the crossbet name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of crossbet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the crossbet Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any crossbet content;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on crossbet content;
• Use any crossbet trademark, logo, or brand element without prior written consent;
• Frame or mirror any part of the crossbet Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorized use of crossbet intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by crossbet.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, crossbet, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error;
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security;
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond crossbet's reasonable control;
• Decisions made by crossbet in the exercise of its rights under these Terms, including account suspension or bonus forfeiture.

The crossbet Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. crossbet makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit crossbet's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

crossbet collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the crossbet Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

crossbet processes personal data for the following primary purposes:

• Account registration, verification, and management;
• Processing financial transactions and preventing fraud;
• Complying with KYC, AML, and other regulatory obligations;
• Providing customer support and resolving disputes;
• Sending promotional communications where you have opted in to receive them.

crossbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player;
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority;
• Prolonged account inactivity (accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to dormancy procedures).

Upon termination for cause, crossbet may withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no wrongdoing occurred, the balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method. If wrongdoing is confirmed, crossbet reserves the right to forfeit the balance in accordance with applicable law.

You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting crossbet customer support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to closure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the crossbet Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. You may initiate a dispute by contacting crossbet customer support with a detailed description of your complaint.

crossbet will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a resolution within 14 business days. If the dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or competent courts of the Philippines.

crossbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, crossbet will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not materially affect player rights, or updates required by regulatory changes — may take effect immediately upon publication.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.
